Christmas time seem to influence all segments of life every December, while Christmas spirit seem to present even at work. During Christmas time the tensions at work commonly vanish or are not as apparent as usual. Relations between coworkers are more relaxed, while even the bosses appear less strict and more tolerant. What is need to be done is done but there is usually less pressure than before and after the holiday.

The employees during Christmas time are usually allowed or sometimes even encouraged to decorate their workplace to certain extent with purpose to create more relaxed atmosphere. After all, Christmas is also about goodwill and compassion and for that reason one should be open for opinions and suggestions of other people.
